He graduated from the Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México (2013-2017).

He has a diploma in Arbitration taught by the Escuela Libre de Derecho and the International Chamber of Commerce / ICC International Court of Arbitration. (2016); “Business Law”, taught at the UNAM (2018); and “Bankruptcy Law” taught by the Escuela Libre de Derecho (2018).

ABC Arbitrators Course at the Centro de Mediación y Arbitraje CANACO (2018); Compliance Course imparted by the Universidad Panamericana (2020); Course on Companies and Human Rights imparted by the IIJ UNAM. Professional Experience

He joined Guerra González in 2016 and was recognized by the firm as an associate in 2018.

He has experience in civil and commercial litigation, related to the Education, and Construction Sectors, Conflicts between Shareholders, Bids in Energy Matters, in the Maritime Sector, in Commercial Tenders related to the Hotel, Hydrocarbons, and Construction Sectors. Additionally, he has experience in Administrative Law and Amparo Proceedings and has also participated as counsel in ICC and CAM Arbitration Proceedings.
