Professional Experience

During the years 2016 and 2017, he worked at the Notary Public Office Number 54 in Mexico City.

In the year 2018, he worked in the area of civil, commercial, constitutional, and family litigation at
the firm of Bufete Ostos Abogados.

In the year 2019, he worked in the area of civil, commercial, and administrative litigation in the
law firm of Mañón Quintana Abogados.

Since September 2019, he joined Guerra Gonzalez y Asociados in the area of civil, commercial,
administrative, and constitutional litigation and was recognized as an associate in the year 2022.

 

Representative Matters

During his professional career, he has participated in the elaboration of legal strategies and representation on behalf of the plaintiffs in amparo proceedings brought against acts and omissions of state and federal authorities in health, mobility, transportation, civil, construction, maintenance of public facilities areas, precautionary measures, infractions, as well as the suspension of the challenged act with effects of restitution and compliance with amnesty judgments.

He has also assisted in the representation of several companies in negotiations and litigation proceedings related to the dairy, steel and metal, glass, automotive, railway, real estate, and financial industries.
