On November 10, 2011, in Buenos Aires, Argentina, he attended the seminar “Insolvency and International Cross-Border Restructuring”, an event organized by INSOL International. “III National Conference on Insolvency Law” where Guerra González y Asociados, S.C., Bufete García Jimeno S.C., Silva, Oropeza y Asociados, S.C., Möller y Ruiz, and the Federal Judiciary were the sponsors. The Conference took place in Mexico City from May 19-21, 2010 and was organized by the Ibero-American Institute of Insolvency Law, the Federal Judiciary, and the Escuela Libre de Derecho.
