She Graduated from the Universidad de Monterrey UDEM (2004-2007) with a Master’s Degree in American Law (LLM in American Law) from Boston University, U.S.A. (2009) concentrating on International Business Practice and attended a Diploma Course in International Business Arbitration imparted by the Escuela Libre de Derecho and the International Chamber of Commerce/ ICC International Court of Arbitration (2011), a Diploma Course in International Bankruptcy imparted by the Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México (2014), and a Diploma Course in Commercial Insolvency taught by La Barra Mexicana Colegio de Abogados (2020).

Professional Experience

She began at Guerra González in 2004 and was recognized as an Associate by the firm in 2014. As an Associate of the firm, she specializes in Civil and Commercial litigation, related to Shareholder Disputes, Negotiation, and Financial Restructurings.

She has experience in commercial bankruptcy proceedings related to the Housing, Automotive, Renewable Energy, Technology, Agricultural and Food Industries, and
additionally, she is experienced in Administrative Law, Amparo Proceedings and has participated as counsel in ICC Arbitration Proceedings.
