V. How can you  access, correct, delete, or object to the use of your personal information (ARCO Rights)?

You have the right to know what personal information we have about you, what we use it for, and the conditions under which we use it (Access). You also have the right to request that your personal data be corrected if it is outdated, inaccurate, or incomplete (Rectification); You may also request that we remove your personal information from our records or databases if you consider that it is not being used in accordance with the principles, duties, and obligations provided for in the Regulations (Cancelation); as well as to oppose to the use of your personal data for certain purposes (Opposition). These rights are known as ARCO rights.

In all appropriate cases, you may exercise your ARCO Rights at any time through the procedures we have established as follows:

The request must comply with the requirements established by current legislation and must be made in writing to our Personal Data Manager at GGA by sending an e-mail to atenciondp@gga.mx.

The application must include and be accompanied by the following:

1. Your name and address or other means by which you may be contacted in response to your request;

2. Documents proving your identity or legal representation, if applicable;

3. A clear and precise description of the personal data in respect to which you wish to exercise any of ARCO’s rights; and

4. Any other element or document that facilitates the location of the personal data.

The Controller will communicate the decision by e-mail within a maximum of twenty business days, from the date on which the Controller receives the corresponding request. If the request is accepted, it will be effective within fifteen bussiness days from the date on which the Controller communicates the response. If the information provided in your request is inaccurate or insufficient or if the necessary documents to prove your identity or legal representation are not provided, the Data Controller will, within five business days from the receipt of your request, request by e-mail the correction of the innacuracies in order to process it. In such cases, you will have ten business days to respond to the request for rectification from the day following receipt of the request. The request will be deemed not to have been made if you do not reply by e-mail within this period.

You may obtain the requested information or personal data through simple copies, electronic documents in conventional formats (Word, PDF, etc.), through limited and authorized access to the system that processes your personal data (Access), or through any other legitimate means that guarantee and accredit the effective exercise of the requested right.

You are responsible for updating your personal data which is in possession of the Responsible Party. Therefore, you guarantee and respond, in any case, the truthfulness, accuracy, validity, and authenticity of the personal data provided and you undertake to keep them current, and to communicate any changes needed to be made to the Responsible Party.

VI. You may revoke your consent to the use of your personal information:

You may revoke your consent to the processing of your personal data, without any retroactive effect, in all cases where such revocation does not imply the impossibility of fulfilling obligations arising from a legal relationship in force between you and the Controller.

Likewise, you should be aware that, for certain purposes, the revocation of your consent will mean that we will no longer be able to provide you with the service you have requested or that your relationship with us will be terminated.

The procedure for the revocation of your consent, where applicable, will be the same as that set forth in the immediately preceding section for exercising of the ARCO’s Rights.

You may restrict the use or disclosure of your personal information by making a request to our Personal Data Department. The requirements to prove your identity and/or personality and the procedure to comply with your request are the same as those set forth in Section V of this Comprehensive Privacy Notice (ARCO Rights).
