Martín Castillo has been a member of Guerra González y Asociados, S.C. since 2019, has served as an associate since 2022, and was appointed a junior partner since 2025.
He specializes in business consulting and risk analysis, as well as in highly complex technical litigation in civil, commercial, administrative, and amparo proceedings. He has more than ten years of legal experience. His practice focuses on risk prevention and mitigation, as well as on providing practical and comprehensive business solutions tailored to the specific needs of each industry.
Throughout his professional career, he has advised and represented various companies in connection with consultations, negotiations, and litigation proceedings across the dairy, restaurant, real estate, steel and metallurgical, glass, automotive, railroad, and financial industries. He is involved in the structuring of legal strategies and the provision of legal advice for companies and individuals; regulatory compliance counseling for companies; compliance with contractual obligations; civil liability matters (including moral damages); amparo proceedings brought against acts of private individuals acting as responsible authorities; as well as acts and omissions of state and federal authorities, particularly in matters of health, mobility, transportation, civil protection, construction, maintenance of public facilities, precautionary measures, and administrative infractions; including the filing and handling of motions for suspension of the contested act with restitutory effects, as well as the enforcement of amparo judgments.
His case management, participation in professional forums, and ongoing academic development have allowed him to build strategic alliances with other specialists in tax, criminal, industrial property, and environmental matters, among others, thereby enabling him to provide his clients with enhanced capacity for risk assessment and mitigation.
